৫.১. Amazongrip-এর সুরক্ষিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করা হয়। ক্রেতারা তাদের কেনাকাটার সাথে সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত ফি, চার্জ এবং প্রযোজ্য কর পরিশোধ করতে সম্মত হন।

৫.২. Amazongrip.com-এর পরিষেবা ব্যবহারের জন্য বিক্রেতাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ফি বা কমিশন প্রদান করতে হতে পারে।

৫.৩. Amazongrip.com প্ল্যাটফর্মে তালিকাভুক্ত কোনো পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা বা সঠিকতার নিশ্চয়তা দেয় না।

৬. শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি

৬.১. বিক্রেতারা সম্মত সময়সীমার মধ্যে ক্রেতাদের কাছে পণ্য পাঠানোর জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।

মেধাস্বত্ব অধিকার বা প্রযোজ্য আইন লঙ্ঘন করা।

৮.২. এই নিয়মগুলো লঙ্ঘনের ফলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

৯. মেধাস্বত্ব

৯.১. Amazongrip.com-এর লোগো, ডিজাইন এবং লেখা সহ সমস্ত বিষয়বস্তু Amazongrip.com বা এর লাইসেন্স প্রদানকারীদের সম্পত্তি।

৯.২. ব্যবহারকারীরা লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া আমাদের মেধাস্বত্ব পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ বা ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।

১০. বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি

১০.১. ক্রেতা এবং বিক্রেতার মধ্যে বিরোধ সরাসরি উভয় পক্ষের মধ্যে সমাধান করা উচিত।

১০.২. Amazongrip.com তার নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে বিরোধে মধ্যস্থতা করতে পারে, কিন্তু সমাধান প্রদানে বাধ্য নয়।

১০.৩. Amazongrip.com সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো আইনি বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে এবং বাংলাদেশের আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে।

১১. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

১২.২. ব্যবহারকারীরা কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করে যেকোনো সময় তাদের অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারেন।

১৩. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
